All the way from Venezuela comes Diplomtico Seleccion De Familia, a particularly deluxe expression made with rum drawn from American white oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The spirit itself was made using the gamut of stills available at the distillery, including the Scottish pot still, the Barbet French column still and the Canadian batch kettle still. Wonderfully rich and flavoursome, with lots of fruit and toffee notes to enjoy.
