Cutwater Spirits Three Sheets Cask Strength Rum is hand selected by master distillers from the the highly sought after Three Sheets Barrel Aged Rum casks to continue the aging process in American Oak barrels. Selected one at a time and transferred at full cask strength.

Three Sheets Rum is made by Cutwater Spirits of California. It’s made from a base of sugar cane rather than the farm more common molasses and strikes us the French style of rhum agricole (or Brazilian cachaca) and tends to signal a grassier, earthier spirit. The 5 year Cask Strength is aged and then bottled straight from the barrel, which tends towards a very high proof (though not as high as the notorious 151 proof rums).

Palate: Putting forth a full body and flavors of oak, spice, leather, herbal spice and vanilla, this complex spirit is sure to please the most discerning of palates.

In 2016, band of liquid pioneers began building one of the West Coasts largest new distilleries.
