Cooperstown Select American Blended Whiskey is crafted by hand at the Cooperstown Distillery in Otsego County, New York. The whiskey is distilled on their custom-made stills from 100% locally-sourced grains and pure water from Lake “Glimmerglass”. Then, it matures on-site in hand-selected oak casks before being finished in French oak. The small-batch whiskey is bottled at 90 proof and features a soft and nuanced taste profile that was awarded 91 points by Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible two years in a row: in 2019 and 2020.

Nose: Look for maple syrup, dark fruit, and oak on the nose.

Palate: It’s a smooth whiskey with notes of spice, caramel, leather, and black pepper on the palate.
