It is made from 46% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 19% Pinot Meunier from the Premier Cru classified terroir of Chamery, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. These are old vines around 35 years old.mas.

Clment Perseval is part of this new generation of talented and creative Champagne winegrowers! Clment is not satisfied to inherit the lands of his father but adapts and becomes a true creator of Champagne. Sensitive to a more than reasoned agriculture, favors biodiversity and favors indigenous yeasts.
His champagnes are in his image, authentic and sincere. In the vineyard Clment Perseval favors bio diversity, and in the cellar, the young winemaker has a natural approach to winemaking. Thus the natural dosage is obtained naturally, thanks to the residual sugar of the fermentation.
