Clairin Vaval is a liquor based on pure local sugar cane juice, produced in the Arawaks distillery in Haiti, run by Fritz Vaval, as a result of spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast. In its bouquet we will find fruit accents, mainly strawberries and currants, notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, ginger, lemongrass and freshly cut grass.
