Pisco Capel is a young and aromatic spirit produced from the distillation and filtration of Chilean wine. Its produced from selected Muscat grapes grown in the North of Chile.

An all natural grape spirit composed of 30% Muscat grapes and 70% Pedro Jimenez and Torontel grapes, then aged in wooden casks for four to six months, slowly distilled with the crystal-clear water from the Andes Mountains, resulting in a transparent spirit with delicate bouquet in a decanter reproduction of an actual Moai to the hips, with arms and a black topknot cap.

Nose: An herbal and fruity nose.

Palate: Grape flavors infused with spice, herbs and pepper notes.

Finish: Long aftertaste.
