This one was distilled in December 2004 and set aside to age in a single sherry butt for 15 years, before cracking the cask open and bottling up the whisky in January 2020. 396 cask strength bottles were released as part of the Celebration Of The Cask range.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
