Tequila Alderete is a small boutique distiller that has the pride of sharing with you the tradition that runs through our veins. Their Tequila is an Ultra Premium Tequila made from 100% Blue Agave, handcrafted in small batches in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. This particular region is called Los Altos de Jalisco or the highlands of Jalisco. Here the Blue Agave Tequilana Weber flourishes in this u…nique microclimate and fertile volcanic soil. Only the Agaves that have reached their highest degree of maturity are selected for harvest, while their Maestro Tequilero strictly adheres to the traditional process of distillation in copper vertical stills. The Blanco Tequila is bottled directly after this process. While their Reposado Tequila is aged for 6 months in American white oak barrels and our Anejo is aged for 27 months in white oak barrels.

Alderete Reposado Tequila Tasting Notes

Nose: Reposado has a stunning golden color. This tequila boasts the refreshing scent of citrus blossom, mango, an agave overtone, and undertones of caramel and mild coffee.

Palate: The initial taste of baked agave is bold and immediate upon entry, with backing notes of vanilla, toffee, and melon.

Finish: The agave does not let up, being carried through to a long, bold, smooth finish.
