Producer Information

Domaine Robert Sirugue is a small family run estate based in Vosne-Romane, and is very much on the up and up. Well-respected in Europe and today much sought-after in the Far East, the domaine is blessed with excellent holdings in Les Petits Monts and also in Les Barreaux, which is situated next to the fabled Cros Parentoux. The harvest is manual, the ripe grapes in perfect sanitary condition are carefully sorted, 100% destemmed, keeping the logs whole. Traditional vinification is carried out with modern equipment (thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, pneumatic press, etc.) then the wines are aged for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels. Bottling without fining or filtration is carried out at the property.
