Producer Information

Peccavi Estate is a small boutique vineyard located in the sub-region of the Yallingup ridge in the north of the Margaret River region, WA. They aim to produce the best of wines, to satisfy their consumers. For which they have adopted several practices, to ensure that the brand stays premium. During the hot growing period, their enhanced viticulture practices encourage vine roots to drive deep, past loamy topsoil down to the sub-strata of ancient granite in search of nutrients and water. This process helps the roots absorb maximum nutrients, helping it concentrate flavor in the fruit and adds natural mineral characters to their wines. Peccavi has gotten high recognition for its viticulture practices, and production of high-quality fruits. The estate produces a limited number of bottles every harvest, choosing the best of the lot. The surplus premium quality grapes are purchased by several of Margret Rivers top wine producers.
All wines bearing the Peccavi label are made from estate-grown fruits, harvested by hand. The grapes are separated concerning the plot they are collected from, making production limited by the individual vineyard sites. The grapes are hand sorted and only the best of them are used to make the award-winning Peccavi wines. Sustainable traditional wine-making methods are used and using only the finest French oak during vinification. Their latest No Regrets label wines use 100% Peccavi estate-grown fruit and are designed to be more approachable at a younger age, using only traditional techniques.
