Crafted in Kirby, Wyoming, under Wyoming Whiskey’s mantra of “craft, quality, and terroir”, this whiskey is distilled, barreled, and bottled on the premises. It’s made with locally-sourced non-GMO grains and pure water from a limestone aquifer in the Big Horn Basin. With a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, the whiskey spends at least 5 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks, where it is subjected to the extreme temperature fluctuations of Wyoming. The bourbon is bottled at 105 proof, with 5$ from each bottle being donated towards the preservation of the Yellowstone Natural Park.

Nose: The amber whiskey opens with cane sugar, sandalwood, orange and lemon zest, and peach aromas.

Palate: The palate is nutty and sweet with toffee, salted caramel, marzipan, and baking spice notes.

Finish: Look for citrus, oak, and black pepper on the long and deceptively smooth finish.
