This mezcal is made from 100% Espadin Agave, grown in the San Luis Potosi region of Mexico. It is aged for a minimum of two years in oak barrels. The nose is a delicate mix of agave, citrus, vanilla, and smoky wood. It is a smooth, medium-bodied mezcal with a peppery finish.
