A fresh and vegetal rhum agricole from the Chamarel distillery in Mauritius, produced in a single column still. Distilled in 2014 from pure sugar cane juice, it was then matured in French oak barrels for four years, before being bottled for Velier’s Indian Ocean Stills series at a generous 58% ABV.
