A deeply earthy aged tequila from the heart of Jalisco. Agave cooked in ovens for 48 hours for optimal sweetness – fermented and distilled twice before going into ex-bourbon barrels for 2+ years. Butterscotch, caramelized pepper and vanilla. A great sipper.
