Conniption American Dry Gin comes to us all the way from Durham (not the one near Sunderland – the one in North Carolina), made with a combination of traditional and modern production methods. To start, botanicals like juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom are vapour infused in a pot still. Next, cucumber, citrus and honeysuckle are vacuum distilled at room temperature individually to keep their fresh and vibrant flavour profile, then blended with the rest of the spirit.

Conniption American Dry Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
