They take their gin, made with earthy juniper, American citrus, coriander seed and angelica root, then leave it to age for at least 3 months in American oak barrels, bringing a wealth of creamy caramel and vanilla notes to its refreshing flavour profile.

Nose: Lots of caramel and butterscotch to this one. Woody juniper just manages to peek through.

Palate: Similar to the nose, there’s a lot of the barrel’s influence here, though a touch of orange and lemon does make itself heard.

Finish: Long and quite floral.
