Distilled from the juice of sugar cane grown on the North-Caribbean coast of Martinique (from sugar cane varieties: 60% Rod Blue, 20% Cane Cinnamon, 10% Red Cane, 9% Cane Zikak and 1% Cristaline. Distilled in a single copper column and aerated in stainless steel vats for six months.

Neisson blanc comes from a blend of selected rum vintages. The rum has undergone an aging in stainless steel tanks for 6 months in which they are brewed, aerated and will be gradually reduced to the ultimate degree.

Neisson Agricole Blanc Rum | 1L Tasting Notes

Nose: Pungent, creamy, ripe white peach and grassy nose with sweet cream of soda and a pinch of chimney soot.

Palate: Peachy fruit estery, grassy palate with a touch of saltyness and fresh honeyed sweetness of pure sugar cane juice and hot cinnamon spice.

Finish: Dry, burnt toast and chimney soot finish with honeyed sweetness.

A small distillery at the entrance of a fishing village on Martinique island. A small distillery owned by a woman, led by her son Gregory Vernant Neisson, who today is the last Master Distiller and owner in the island.
