It’s the fourth batch of organic whisky from Nc’nean distillery in Scotland! Beginning its life as organic Scottish barley, the single malt has been matured in a combination of specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels.

Nose: Lemon marmalade, root ginger, and apricot jam, with touches of dry peppery spice.

Palate: Malty sweetness and apple crumble, alongside lemon curd, buttered toast, and tangy tropical fruit.

Finish: Fresh peach lingers alongside toasty oak warmth.
